Beware, Consuming these foods can make you forget easilyThe food and nutrients it contains will affect the body’s performance, as well as the quality of human health. That fact is nothing new in the health world. Even some foods that contain addictive ingredients, can exacerbate brain function and make someone so easy to forget.

A study conducted by Brigham and Women’s Hospital reveals several types of food that worsen a person’s memory. They received help from 6,000 middle-aged volunteers who gave information on what foods they consumed in the last five years.

Page, Monday (3/7/2017) writes, in the final study results revealed that people who often eat foods high in saturated fats have poor memory quality.

The brain was influenced by foods with high saturated fats, even triggering the emergence of Alzheimer’s disease. Here are some foods that worsen the quality of the human brain:

High saturated fat

For example is bacon (roast pork), pork sausage, butter, and cheese. Saturated fats harm the brain cells, and impair the brain’s ability to learn and remember new information within 10 minutes.

White food

For example is white rice, bread, pasta, which has a high glycemic index. This triggers the appearance of inflammation in the brain, even make it hard to remember.

Hydrogenated oil

There is even the assumption that this is the worst food in the world, generally there is in the fried. This food is difficult to be broken down by the digestive system, trigger heart disease and Alzheimer’s.

Additional sugar

Sugars in the body trigger the appearance of inflammation, and damage the nerves. In the study it was revealed that sugar triggers inflammation in the brain’s memory control center. It also triggers depression and bad mood.
